Rules:

1. Entrants must qualify for a 10-digit telephone number from a telecommunication relay service provider, as outlined by the FCC to be eligible to enter in this promotion.

2. The prize is one Apple iPhone4 device (16 GB) with an estimated retail value of $599 USD each ("Prize"). The Prize will be shipped to the winner within six (6) weeks of the promotion closing date. The winner is responsible for mobile phone service fees or contracts associated with the use of Prize. If the winner is unable to meet the phone service requirements of Prize with available carriers the prize may be substituted for a prize of equal or greater value. IWRelay reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another item of equal or greater value if the Prize is unavailable for any reason.

3. 10-digit phone number registration and/or video relay service call is not necessary to enter or win in this promotion. Employees of IWRelay and immediate family members of employees are not eligible in this promotion.

4. To participate in this promotion, all entrants must register at the IWRelay online registration form located at http://www.iwrelay.com/iphone4 with his/her real name, VideoPhone number, and a valid email address. Entrants may be notified of additional ways of increasing their chances to win.

5. One winner will be selected of all the valid entries. There will be a maximum of one (1) Prize. IWRelay will notify the winner via a VideoPhone call or email. A videoconference call in ASL will be required as method of verification. The winner has a maximum of two (2) days to respond, after which he/she will forfeit the Prize and another winner will be randomly chosen.

6. This promotion will end on or before July 31, 2010 at 11:59 PM MST.
